Our comprehensive program includes training sessions five times a week, ensuring you are consistently working towards your goals. Jesica will also provide valuable meal plans to optimize your nutrition, helping you achieve the best results possible.
To ensure your progress is monitored effectively, we offer posing critiques, body fat and weight measurements, as well as before and after photos. These assessments will help you track your transformation and keep you motivated throughout the process.
