Zumba Step is an exhilarating fitness class offered at Happy Thoughts Fitness that combines the high-energy movements of Zumba with the intensity of step aerobics. This class is designed to give you a dynamic full-body workout while keeping you motivated and having fun.
Led by our certified Zumba instructor, the class incorporates a variety of rhythmic dance moves and step patterns that are performed to energetic Latin and international music. You will be guided through a series of easy-to-follow choreographies that emphasize cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and lower body strength.
