I cannot thank Jesica enough for her knowledge and motivating support over the last 9 months. I began my weight loss and fitness journey in August of 2014. I was in such a rut! Overweight and overall depressed. I had stopped being active and let my diet go. I knew I needed to do something to take back control of my health and well-being. I signed up for a 6-week challenge where Jesica was the master trainer. There, I was taught exactly what to eat and how often, as well as how to incorporate exercise back in to my already, very busy schedule. With the constant support of Jesica I lost 20lbs in 6-weeks!
I have tried every diet ever advertised and might have seen temporary results but never felt like I could maintain any weightless goal long-term as I do now. For the first time in my life, I have learned how to eat and exercise sensibly, weight loss I can keep up. Since August I have lost 35lbs and have gone from a size 16 dress size to and size 8 since I began working with Jesica, although I am not finished, I am still toning and shaping. I am truly in the shape of my life and never felt better. I am 44 yrs old and have two adult sons, I feel and look better now than I did before they were born.
Jesica has taught me how to stay fit with a never ending supply of new exercises, fitness goals and experiences I would have never found on my own. She is constantly changing our workouts. She always keeps it fresh, fun and motivational. She always pushes me further than I think I can go. Jesica has a heart of gold and is very passionate about helping people reach their goals. She practices what she preaches and is the “Real Deal.” I cannot thank her enough for helping me find the healthy new me…mom and wife I am today.
